The festival prioritizes innovative cinema by giving audiences the opportunity to enjoy the best works of new wave directors and talented filmmakers.The festival serves as a means of promoting and preserving cultural identity through the language of cinema. The jury consists of award-winning international filmmakers, directors, actors, producers and critics, providing a diverse perspective on the art of cinema. The festival program includes screenings of competition films and meetings with filmmakers.
The festival ends with a lavish ceremony where the winners are announced, cultural performances take place, and an atmosphere of celebration and cinematic triumph is created.

Rules
1. All submitted films and projects must be free of any legal disputes and the director must have all rights to the music and exhibitions.
2. All films must be in English or with English subtitles. Non-English language films without subtitles will not be considered.
3. There are no restrictions on the year of release.
4. There are no premiere requirements.
5. Entry fees are non-refundable.
6. You own all rights to the movie.
7. You cannot withdraw your entry after the official announcement of each round's selection.
8. If you are not a winner, you may submit your movie again.
